Welcome to Parkwest Medical Center

General visitation guidelines for Covenant Health organizations are listed at the link above. As of August 27, Parkwest is also implementing the following visitation restrictions:

No visitors are permitted:

  • In Senior Behavioral Health Unit
  • On 5 Riverstone for COVID-19 Isolation Patients
  • For suspected or confirmed COVID-19 patients in the Emergency Department.

    After suffering a stroke Joe Kemp worked with the therapy team from Covenant Health Therapy Center – West Knoxville to regain strength and speech.

    A PCA at Parkwest Medical Center, Alicia Hernandez, was recognized with The BEE Award today for her compassion and care that she showed to her patient.
