Why attend a support group meeting?

Bariatric support support group meetings will provide patients answers to practical questions, but also validation as to whether or not weight loss surgery is the right thing for him or her.  These support group meetings will also provide insight, perspective and real-world experiences from those who have been there and now are able to share their perspective.  This support group is for both pre-op patients and post-op patients.   

When are meetings held?

Support group meetings are held on the third and fourth Monday of each month, from 5:30  – 6:30 p.m.

Attendees should choose one of these Mondays to attend (third or fourth).

Parkwest Medical Center: verify room when registering.

• Currently masks are required to enter the facility. All visitors will be screened for COVID-19 upon entering.
