Charlotte’s Nomination

Charlotte has been an incredible caregiver to my husband during his time here in the hospital. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty to see to not only his care and comfort but to my needs as well. She seems to be able to anticipate what we might want or need before we even know it ourselves.

She has done all of this with the most cheerful attitude and spirit of caring that made us wish to have her as our caregiver every day that we had to stay; although we knew she needed and deserved her days off.

Charlotte has chosen the perfect career for the kind of person she is and we feel truly blessed to have been under her superb care. She made this not so pleasant situation a rather nice experience by meeting such a sweet spirited, lovely person.

More About The BEE Award

Parkwest implemented The BEE (Being Exceptional Every day) Award to recognize employees who aren’t RNs and LPNs (they can be nominated for The DAISY Award). A DAISY can’t survive without a BEE and a BEE can’t survive without a DAISY!
